BMW 320D E90 / E91 / E92 Diesel Uprated Intercooler

This uprated intercooler has been designed as a direct replacement on the 2 litre diesel versions of the 320D ( E90,91,92,) from 2008 onwards. With an increase in size and careful matching to a core of bar and plate design we have achieved a significant improvement over the OEM intercooler. For anyone who has had or planning to have an ECU software upgrade this is definitely advised. On our own test vehicle, which had been “mapped” we recovered over 10 hp over the original intercooler. The added benefit was the lower temperatures mean the engine is less stressed and more efficient.
