Hyundai Veloster Turbo front mount Intercooler Kit

This intercooler for the Hyundai Veloster 1.6 Petrol Turbo features a pipe run that enables a traditional intercooler with inlet and outlet on opposing ends to be fitted. This means there is far less pressure drop than in competitors twin pass intercooler setups, and hence as the boost is turned up the intercooler works better and better. The core is of bar and plate construction with hand-fabricated end tanks and polished pipes. The pipe run included in the kit also features a ready welded boss to accept your stock dump valve, rather than you having to purchase another aftermarket valve and add to the expense. Performance wise, drops in temperature of 19 deg C over the stock core were recorded on an otherwise stock car. The kit comes complete with full instructions and everything you need to fit the core is included in the box.
